Alesia {Healer Henchman} Female
Orion {Mage Henchman} Male
Stefan {Fighter Henchman} Male
Reyna {Archer Henchman} Female
But when you progress its:
Mhenlo {Monk} Male
Cynn {Mage} Female
Devona {Fighter} Female
Aidan {Archer} Male
SEE IT! A-Net switches genders. The beginning henchies are opposite gender from their higher lvl counter-part! Females went male and Males went females.

Personally, I like Stephan best as a melee henchie. I don't know why - they all seem to be pretty balanced, but Stephan has saved the day a few times in my adventures
